As a dedicated Pilates Teacher and Personal Trainer, I'm passionate about helping women, over the age of 35 achieve their fitness goals. Unlike crowded gyms, I have created a private and supportive environment where you can focus on your progress without distractions. My background is in injury therapy, so I am very focused on peoples form and posture, which is where I find the combination of Pilates, Resistance Training and Cardio are the best blend of exercises to give you the results and make them long term lasting results.

Also working as a personal trainer, I'm here to be your trusted coach, providing expert guidance, encouragement, and accountability every step of the way.

Whether you're aiming to lose weight, build muscle, or improve overall fitness, I'll design a customised workout plan that fits your lifestyle and helps you achieve lasting results.
